It will take you several minutes to place the order by means of our online form. You vehicle will be picked up during 2-5 business days from the moment we receive your agreement.

What kind of trailer will my vehicle be loaded onto?

There are many types of trailers. Most commonly we ship vehicles with the help of six or nine car haulers.

How do I prepare my vehicle for transportation?

How do I know where my vehicle is while it is being transported?

Our customer support staff works hard to keep all of our customers aware of their vehicle's location and status.

When will I be contacted to pick up my car?

You will be contacted by one of our employees and notified about the timeframe of delivery 24 hours in advance. They will also confirm the delivery location.

What if my car is damaged during the transportation?

Our auto transporters are doing their utmost to ensure safe shipping of your vehicle. However, sometimes damages occur. If your car turns out to be damaged during the transportation, immediately notify our representative.

What Door-to-Door shipping means?

Door-to-Door shipping means that your vehicle will be delivered as close to your home as possible. Large trucks are not always allowed to enter some residential areas, so you can negotiate any other convenient location to meet with the truck.

Do I necessarily have to be present at the moment of my vehicle’s delivery ?

If for some reason you can not be present at the delivery destination on the required date, please inform our representative. The car will be received and inspected by any person you choose.

How much it will cost me to ship my vehicle?

Obviously, the total price of shipment depends on the type of vehicle you want to transport and its destination.
